Fan less Embedded Controller

NavCore is a new series of MR Marine InView ruggedized industrial solution, which provides extreme reliable functions, scalable processing efficiency, stackable chassis extension, rich I/O features and flexible industrial design.

NavCore fan less embedded computer supports Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile processor with 533/667MHz FSB, DDRII 667/533 up to 2GB. In addition, the housing of NavCore series takes aluminium chassis to construct a strong mechanical structure for any harsh industrial applications.

NavCore series takes a special aluminum chassis to construct the strong mechanical design. To offer the safest and most stable embedded system, standards of vibration and shock resistant of NavCore series are below:

Stackable Chassis Design
Because of the special “Stackable Chassis Upgrade Design”, NavCore customers can choose suitable faceplates for different industrial applications.

For example, the two stacks NavCore controller can install four COM ports; the three stacks can expand more PCI ports.

In addition, because of the expansion of the space, more components can be optionally installed into your controller.

Fan less Design
NavCore embedded controller series comes housed in an extremely compact aluminium chassis that can provide great protection from shock, vibration, dust, cold and heat.

Through the cooling technology development, NavCore controllers can present higher working efficiency with no fan. The features of “Fanless Design” are below:

.Reduce failures caused by fan
.Great Reliability and MTBF (over 50,000 hrs)
.Reduce the amount of dirt that can be suck into chassis
.Free from FAN noise

9-36 V DC Input
To supply of voltage in different application scenes and avoid incorrect voltage and current damaging the electric components, NavCore takes a wide voltage range power input to protect the products by converting different voltage input to meet the one as required.

Through a number of tests, the compact design solution has proven it great efficiency which can present good stability for industrial requests.
